01Our services

"GokilCraft", "we" and "us" mean the team that runs:

• the GokilCraft Minecraft server (play.gokilcraft.club, Java and Bedrock);
• the website gokilcraft.club, including My Account, the Support Center and the Ban Appeal page;
• our Discord server and the Discord bot GokilTicketBot.

Together these are our "services". GokilCraft is a fan-run community and is not an official Minecraft product. It is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft, and it is not affiliated with Discord. You must also follow the Minecraft EULA and Discord's Terms of Service.

02Who can use GokilCraft

Anyone can join, as long as you follow these terms. Discord requires users to be at least 13 years old (or older in some countries). If you are younger than the minimum age where you live, please use our services only with permission from a parent or guardian.

03Your account

• You are responsible for everything done with your Minecraft account on our server and on our website.
• Keep your /login password secret. Our staff will never ask for it. Don't share, sell, trade or lend your account.
• If you link your Discord with /sync, link only your own Discord account. You can unlink it any time with /sync unlink.
• If you think someone else used your account, open a support ticket right away.

04Server rules

Play fair and respect other players. In particular, you may not:

• use hacked clients, cheats, macros or mods that give an unfair advantage;
• grief, steal from or destroy other players' builds and items;
• scam other players, including in trades and the player market;
• abuse bugs or exploits instead of reporting them;
• harass, threaten or insult others, or use hateful language;
• spam, advertise other servers, or post harmful or adult content;
• try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to our server, website, database or bot.

The full in-game rules are posted on our Discord and may be updated from time to time. If something is not listed but clearly harms other players or the server, staff may still act on it.

05Punishments and appeals

Staff may give a warning, kick, mute or ban (temporary or permanent) for breaking these terms or the server rules. Staff may also limit your access to the website, Support Center or Discord server. Punishments and their reasons are recorded, and the public ban and mute list shows them with partly hidden names.

If you think a punishment was a mistake, submit an appeal on the Ban Appeal page. Each punishment can have one open appeal, and after a rejected appeal you need to wait before appealing again. Fake, rude or spam appeals are rejected. Trying to get around a punishment, for example by playing on another account, is not allowed.

06Support tickets and reports

• Tickets are for real questions, problems and reports. Be honest and polite.
• New tickets are first answered by BotGM, our automatic assistant. Its answers come from our help articles and can be wrong; you can ask to talk to a human at any time.
• With staff, conversations go one message per turn: you write, staff replies, then it's your turn again.
• Reports must be truthful. Fake reports, fake evidence or using tickets to harass someone may be punished.
• Don't spam tickets, and don't open several tickets about the same problem.
• Never put passwords or payment details in a ticket.

By sending a ticket, appeal or evidence link, you allow our staff to read and use it to handle your request and moderate the server. You are responsible for what you send.

07Store and in-game items

• Ranks, Crystal and other items from store.gokilcraft.club are digital items that are used only on the GokilCraft server. They have no real-world money value and can't be exchanged for cash.
• Items are delivered to the Minecraft username entered at checkout. Please double-check it before you pay.
• Payments are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout, under its own terms.
• If an item was not delivered or something went wrong with a purchase, open a Store & purchases ticket with your order ID.

In-game money, Crystal, items and progress may change because of updates, balance changes or resets. We do our best to announce big changes on our Discord first.

08Discord bot

GokilTicketBot runs only in the GokilCraft Discord server. It handles tickets, website ticket channels, account linking with /sync, rank roles and giveaways. Use its commands, buttons and forms only for their intended purpose. Don't spam them or try to break them. Staff-only commands and channels are for staff only.

09Giveaways

• Each giveaway shows its prize, end time and requirements. Winners are picked at random from members who still meet the requirements when the giveaway ends.
• One entry per person. Using extra accounts to enter more than once is not allowed.
• Staff may reroll a winner who does not meet the requirements or breaks the rules.
• Follow the instructions in the winner announcement to claim your prize.

10Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the server, website and bot online, but they are provided "as is" and may sometimes be offline, changed or reset. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

As far as the law allows, GokilCraft is not responsible for losses caused by downtime, bugs, data loss or the actions of other players.

11Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. It is part of these terms.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page, and big changes are announced on our Discord. If you keep using our services after a change, you accept the new terms.
